Drift angle kit

Is there a specific wheel size I need to use with a steering angle kit?
No, the wheel size is up to you. A larger inner wheel diameter and negative offset (ET) will provide more clearance for control arms and suspension but less clearance towards the chassis.

Can I use wheel spacers? / Would spacers be beneficial?
Yes, you can use spacers to move the wheel outward, but this will also increase scrub radius and make the steering more sensitive to road irregularities.

Is there a recommended camber setting when using a steering angle kit?
No, camber is set according to your preferences. Start with what you get upon installation OR what works for others.

NOTE.
Many settings / wheel angles / values are involved. If you copy a setting, be sure to compare many to get similar results.

How strong is a control arm?
A control arm is generally designed to handle the forces involved in normal driving, including acceleration, braking, and cornering. However, it’s also designed to yield under extreme forces—such as in a collision or curb impact. This is an intentional design strategy to protect the rest of the vehicle’s structure, particularly the bodywork, from greater damage. When a control arm bends or gives way, some of the force is absorbed, reducing the risk of damage further along the suspension and chassis.
