How to assemble AN fittings and AN hose

Assembly

1. Cut the hose with a plier. NEVER cut the hose with an angle grinder as rubber particles will get stuck in the hose and later in filters, injectors, pumps, etc., resulting in problems.
2. The steel braid mustn't get caught in the threads as the press sleeve will cut. If the steel braid interferes, you have to cut off the excess.

Assembly of rubber hose

1. Pass the press sleeve over the hose.
2. Oil the opening on the hose and push in the connection.
3. Thread the press sleeve and the connection together using tools. check that the connection does not slip out of the hose during assembly.

Installation of PTFE hose

1. Pass the press sleeve over the hose.
2. Oil the opening on the hose and push in the connection.
3. Thread the press sleeve and the connection together using tools. check that the connection does not slip out of the hose during assembly.
