With the help of this electronic Line-lock, you can easily control flows using sensors or manually via a switch. A Line-lock is a solonoid that can open/close a line using control from a switch or automated system. This may be desired if, for example, you want to drift with a weaker car and have to brake with your left foot, then it is possible to turn off the flow from the pedal to the rear brakes.
Another example where this can be used is if you want to lock the brakes, in this case you hold down the pedal when you lock this line-lock, then it instead maintains the pressure in the line. Some use this when they have to do drag racing and have to do a "burnout".
