We have made these pulleys with a slot for a trigger wheel.
This trigger wheel can be found here: TW13883361 and TW13883602
Smaller crankshaft pulley diameter + larger alternator pulley diameter = Maximum Efficiency
Crankshaft pulley diameter: 115mm
Alternator pulley diameter: 85mm
Water pump pulley diameter: original 115mm
Note:
If you have a 740/940 alternator placement, you must move the servo forward so that it aligns properly with the crankshaft pulley.
(Note: the AC pump cannot be used in this case.)
Important:
For 740, 940, there are different alternators and placements.
You may need to adapt the pulley, alternator mount, and even the belt.
Various modifications are required for different alternators.
Ensure that the belt runs straight. There is 4–5 mm of play forward and backward in the alternator mount.
Use spacers or preferably machine new bushings in nylon, etc., to prevent alternator flex.
The large washer on the alternator should be on the outside of the pulley.
A 5K belt is used (5 grooves).
