This is a rocker arm suitable for SR20DET on Nissan S-chassis (200sx) for example S14/S15.
The rocker arms usually fall off on these engines usually when they are at high revs and then this is available as a spare part at hand.
If this is to be replaced due to wear, it may be good to check that the pipes that "spray" oil in the top are not clogged and the condition of the camshafts.
